The photographer at funerals is Nobody,
Nobody captures them, the moments disappear slowly
Faded instances, we once captured on paper,

Shadows from cypress trees strike their faces,
Faces staring blankly at this void.
But there's no grasp, they try to hold the emptiness,
In an empty space they yearn to grasp a hollow sky.
Yet as a photographic subject, they excel,
Only at funerals will you find genuine people.
Tears held like keepsakes,
Only at funerals will you find unmasked souls.
Either way, one day, we'll part ways,
Gently, we'll reach the end of the line.
Why’d you keep this photograph, grim and obscure?

December came and went, the holidays are gone,
